HUGH SHADDOX With nearly 31 years of experience, Hugh Shaddox has sold practically every type of real estate; vacant land (both Commercial and Agricultural), Residential, Commercial/Investments and Industrial. Hugh has marketed numerous condominium conversion projects both large and small. As an active member of real estate exchange organizations, for the past 18 years and Chairman of these groups seven times, Hugh has completed several exchanges both simultaneous and 1031. Hugh received most Creative Exchange Award in 1993 and Moderator of the year in 1988.

CLIFF WETHERILL Cliff has been licensed in Colorado since 1977 with experience in Residential, Commercial/1031 Exchanges and consulting. He has chaired or co-chaired the Denver Board of Realtor's - Mile Hi Exchangors (6) times since 1983 and received "The Most Creative Exchangor Award" in 1991. In Cliff's (32) years of Real Estate he has closed transactions in Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, Washington and California. Cliff & Hugh also have a full time assistant. Donna Zarlengo has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and with Cliff and Hugh since 1999. She has taken and passed the real estate brokers exam and maintains a current knowledge of the rules and regulations of Colorado real estate. Before her career in real estate she was involved in the insurance industry for 16 years which included obtaining her agents license and general adjusters course. Donna brings extensive administrative and computer skills and works closely with both Cliff and Hugh on the day to day activities of their sales and listings. Being a native of the Denver area Donna is also an asset to the team adding her knowledge and understanding of the different areas and neighborhoods around the metro area and the state. .
